    Sohel Hafiz is an associate working in the dispute resolution department

    Sohel advises state entities, corporations and individuals involved in business law issues and works on foreign investments, acting for both public bodies (government agencies and state-owned enterprises) and foreign investors with every stage of the deals.

    She also assists clients with corporate and commercial law matters and advises them throughout all stages of their disputes.

    Sohel is a lawyer since 2007 and joined LPA Law in 2016. She holds a degree in International Law from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA), Business Law Institute at the University Paris II– Panthéon Assas and a Master degree in Contract Law from the University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne.
