    Virginie Martel is a counsel working in the fields of estate transfers and disputes over inheritance

    Virginie assists private clients on matters of inheritance, both before and after their death, in particular for family-owned businesses at their passage from one generation to the next one, including at the international level. Her practice covers both civil and tax matters.

    She also developed a practice in litigation which covers all the aspects of the management and the partition of the estate.

    Virginie joined Martine Blanck-Dap’s team in 2003 and regularly publishes articles on these topics in professional journals.
