On February 24, 2026, The Japan Desk of LPA Law, in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan (CCIJF), hosted a breakfast seminar dedicated to “French Labor Law & Management for Japanese Groups”.
The session focused on key labor law frameworks that Japanese groups should be aware of, addressing critical topics such as working time (“forfait jours”), bonus, employee representative bodies (CSE) and unions, harassment, and management risks under French law.
