    Marie Boustany is Counsel with a focus on in real estate taxation

    Marie Boustany has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015 and focuses on real estate taxation, particularly in connection with development projects.

    As part of Sandra Fernandes’ team, Marie advises the firm’s French and international clients on acquisitions and disposals of companies, assets, and real estate portfolios, the structuring of specific investment vehicles (such as SIICs and OPCIs), as well as on restructuring and outsourcing of real estate assets, and the day-to-day tax management of their investments.

    Before joining LPA Law, Marie worked in the tax department of Ravet & Associés. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris X University and a Specialized Master’s in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School.
