    Valérie Hardouin is a counsel working in the real estate department

    Valérie Hardouin is a member of the Paris Bar since 2011. She advises and litigates in the field of co-ownership law – property and civil liability of real estate professionals. She is also developing specific skills in the field of energy renovation of buildings.

    She acts for a diversified clientele composed of real estate companies, investors, co-owners‘ associations, building owners and real estate professionals, for mixed-use, residential or exclusively commercial assets, structured as co-ownership or divided into volumes.

    Valérie holds a Master’s degree in civil and commercial obligations from the University of Paris V.
