LPA-CGR avocats strengthens its real estate financing practice with the arrival of Hassan Javanshir as partner

Hassan has been involved in real estate financing for 23 years on French and cross-border transactions. He also advises clients on the restructuring, disposal, and acquisition of real estate debt, for French and international banks and investors.

He strengthens the Real Estate Financing team, alongside partner Alexae Fournier-de Faÿ, and joins the firm’s Real Estate department in Paris, which comprises 60 lawyers, including 15 partners.

Hassan Javanshir comments: “LPA-CGR’s reputation in real estate is well established and I was attracted by the global platform the firm offers its clients, which covers all areas of real estate. It’s a great challenge for me to join a team that is recognised both on the French and international markets and we have many synergies. All these elements convinced me to join them“.

Hassan’s extensive experience and knowledge of the French and international markets are major assets for our firm. We look forward to his arrival”.
