Sophie Tschöp is a lawyer specializes in real estate law and corporate law
She provides comprehensive and practical advice to national and international clients in these areas of law.
A particular focus in real estate law is the fiduciary handling of property development projects in large-scale residential construction. Her clients include property developers, investors, and private individuals. She also assists clients in the purchase and sale of all types of real estate (commercial and residential properties, share deals, or asset deals).
In corporate law, she advises start-ups and investors in particular on financing rounds and exits.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, she is involved as a mentor for young, aspiring female lawyers.
Sophie studied law in Vienna (Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna – Juridicum) and Copenhagen (University of Copenhagen). In 2014, she completed her Master of Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). She passed her bar exam with distinction in 2015. Since 2021, she has been a partner at the Vienna law firm Höhne, In der Maur & Partner Rechtsanwälte (now LPA Law Vienna).
