LPA-CGR avocats assisted Eiffage Énergie Systèmes in its acquisition of Salvia Group GmbH in Germany

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Salvia Group GmbH, located in the Stuttgart area in Germany. The company covers the entire technical life cycle of buildings and is specialized in electrical, HVAC and energy engineering as well as maintenance.

Founded in 2008, Salvia Group GmbH is a family company with more than 1,600 employees and generated revenue of nearly 350 million euros in 2022. With 28 locations, it operates throughout Germany, primarily in the tertiary and industrial sectors. The company is also at the forefront in supporting its customers’ energy and digital transition.

Eiffage Énergie Systèmes has already three main subsidiaries in the country employing nearly 1,400 people. It generated more than 200 million euros of revenue in Germany in 2022.

Fifth acquisition of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes in Europe in 2023, this new transaction enables the division to pursue its external growth strategy and strengthen significantly its position in Germany by now having a national player that will drive the development of its business.
