Michael Zwirchmayr is a partner at LPA Law’s Vienna office and specialises in corporate law as well as in commercial and business law
He has extensive expertise in the field of business law and advises national and international clients on matters of commercial and corporate law as well as on corporate restructuring processes.
A particular focus of his work is also on advising on foundation law and providing legal support to start-ups, particularly in venture capital financing rounds and exits. In addition, he handles litigation to enforce his clients’ claims in court.
Michael is the author of numerous specialist publications and, prior to his career as a lawyer, worked for several years as an assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna in science and teaching.
