Marion has been advising private operators, public entities, and financial institutions for over 20 years on various public law and regulatory issues.
She is recognized for her in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of the legal, political, and economic challenges within the public sphere and regulated sectors, such as healthcare, transportation, energy, telecommunications, waste management, and water.
Marion contributes to defining strategic directions at the ministerial level or within the executive committees of her private sector clients. She frequently acts on behalf of the State and public sector companies on significant issues or structuring operations.
With extensive experience in public contracts (concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), public procurement, etc.), particularly concerning major public utility and infrastructure projects (highways, high-speed railways, airports, power plants, gas terminals, etc.), Marion possesses top-notch expertise in infrastructure and transport services. This extends to project structuring, defining applicable regulations, contract negotiation, and the evolution of the organization or capital of historical operators.
Marion is also involved in the healthcare sector, addressing regulatory issues such as clinical trials, market access, early access programs, reimbursement list inclusion, pricing, public procurement, transparency, and issues related to anti-gift measures. She regularly advises pharmaceutical companies and medical device suppliers in negotiations with public authorities.
Her practice has a distinctly international and collaborative dimension, working closely with other teams of the firm. She is regularly involved in M&A transactions where regulatory aspects play a key role.
Marion’s activity also encompasses litigation. Throughout her career, she has assisted major companies in strategic disputes related to regulatory issues or the execution of public law contracts.
