Thomas In der Maur is a partner in the Vienna office
He advises entrepreneurs in the real estate industry on all relevant legal matters, from property acquisition and project development to sales as asset or share deals. His clients include project developers, construction companies, and financial institutions.
Thomas In der Maur heads the start-up team at the Vienna law firm and is a specialist in company formations, financing, and complex corporate law constellations. He also represents his clients’ interests in court.
Since 1993, he has been giving lectures in the fields of real estate law, corporate law, and insolvency law.
Since 2022, he has been chairman of United Legal Network, an international association of lawyers with members in more than 25 predominantly European countries.
Thomas In der Maur has been admitted to the bar since 1998. In that year, he founded the Vienna law firm, which still exists today, together with Thomas Höhne.
He studied law at the University of Vienna.
