    Christian Sauer is a partner focusing on M&A transactions

    With almost 20 years of experience, Christian advises French, European and international clients, including corporates, financial institutions and funds, on complex growth transactions. He assists both sellers and buyers on M&A transactions, private equity, equity investments, financing, restructuring and joint ventures.

    Christian is particularly active in the telecommunications, technology, media and life sciences sectors, where his expertise is widely recognized.

    As a Franco-German, Christian works in particular for German and German-speaking economic players for their developments in France and more widely in Europe.
