Antoine Logeay is a partner managing the Hanoi office
Antoine is a partner based in Hanoi and a member of the Paris bar.
He has over ten years of professional experience in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. His main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, real estate transactions and asset management, as well as energy law. He also advises on various employment law matters.
Antoine’s advisory experience encompasses significant transactions in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Notably, he assisted a leading international distribution and retail firm in the sale of its Vietnamese shopping mall and supermarket chain and aided the world leader in the ride hailing sector in selling its Vietnam and Myanmar businesses.
From 2017 to 2021, Antoine served as chairman of the Legal Sector Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham).
Antoine holds a Post-Graduate Degree in International Private Law and International Business Law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. Before joining APFL Partners in 2013, he worked in the litigation and arbitration department of a prominent British law firm in Paris.
In addition to his professional work, he teaches international investment law to French and French speaking students in a Master 2 (post graduate) program delivered jointly by three French universities and the National University of Hanoi.
