    Our China desk offers to Chinese investors the expertise that makes their investments projects in France or Africa a success.

    Our China Desk is dedicated to assisting Chinese investors in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of their investment projects and business transactions in France.

    The legal assistance delivered by our China Desk leverages on the expertise of the other lawyers of our Paris office and thus covers all areas of business law, such as M&A transactions, commercial partnerships, distribution law, labour law, tax law, IP and litigation.

    The China Desk is also an invaluable bridge between our Shanghai, Hong Kong and Paris offices and a unique relay for Chinese clients in need of direct local contact.

    Our lawyers work closely with our foreign offices, including our offices in Africa with whom they can assist Chinese clients willing to invest in Africa.

    The China Desk is made of a team of Chinese lawyers admitted to the Paris Bar and French lawyers with working experience in China, who are very familiar with the Chinese business culture.
