    Wertschöpfung beim Betrieb und Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit Ihrer Energieanlagen

    Unsere Teams begleiten die Hersteller der Branche, beratend oder bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten, bei der Verbesserung der Energieerzeugung und beraten sie hinsichtlich der Nutzung ihrer Produktion und der Optimierung ihres Verbrauchs. Insbesondere in der Streitbeilegung vor der französischen Stromregulierungskommission (CRE – Commission de Régulation de l‘Énergie) haben wir ein solides Fachwissen erworben. Mit dem größten Team der Branche ist unsere Kanzlei in der Lage, Sie bei Projekten jeden Umfangs zu begleiten, von großen Offshore-Windparks bis zu Gaskombikraftwerken in Frankreich und international.

    Grundstückskontrolle/Eigentum öffentlicher Hand

    Als engagierter Akteur auf dem Gebiet der erneuerbaren Energien werden wir regelmäßig für Erzeuger und Projektträger tätig, um ihnen bei Fragen der Grundstückskontrolle und bei der Verhandlung von Pachtverträgen im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung (Vorvertrag) sowie auch der Nutzung (Erbpachtvertrag, Grunddienstbarkeiten, Raumvolumenaufteilung) zur Seite zu stehen.

    Abnahmepflicht/Markttransaktionen

    Unsere Teams betreuen Sie bei der Optimierung der Verwaltung der Energieinfrastrukturen, der Verwertung und Aufwertung der Produktion (Lastmanagement, Eigenverbrauch) sowie beim Verkauf Ihrer Energieproduktion auf dem SPOT-Markt an Sammelstellen, Industrieunternehmen oder Einkaufszentren. Wir erstellen und verhandeln auch regelmäßig Mandate oder Abnahmepflichtverträge beim Käufer oder auf den Märkten.

    Gesamtenergieeffizienz

    Wir haben nachweislich Erfahrungen und Fachkenntnisse hinsichtlich der Steuerung der Energienachfrage: Wir beraten Industriekonzerne zum Thema Energiesparzertifikate, Gesamtenergieeffizienz, Heiz- und Klimaanlagen. Außerdem ist die Kanzlei auf dem Gebiet der Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Elektrofahrzeugparks tätig.

    Reglementierung, Haftung

    Wir beraten und vertreten Energieunternehmen beim Betrieb ihrer Anlagen, der Modernisierung und Erneuerung ihrer Produktionsanlagen. Wir haben spezielle Fachkenntnisse in Repowering und im Abbau von elektrischen Produktionsanlagen (Genehmigungen, finanzielle Sicherheitsleistungen etc.). Zudem betreuen wir die Betreiber auch vor Gericht.
    Unser Team ist als einer der führenden Experten für Industrierisiken und Produkthaftung anerkannt und betreut bedeutende französische und internationale Konzerne, die auf dem Energiesektor tätig sind, in Fragen der Umweltauswirkungen und Nachbarschaftsstörungen von Energieprojekten im Vorfeld von und bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
