    The Frankfurt office was opened in 1974 with the aim of providing clients with comprehensive advice. The firm possesses a distinctive expertise in all areas in which legal and tax know-how is required from a single source – both nationally and internationally.

    Our range of services is primarily aimed at internationally operating SMEs and their shareholders as well as large companies under any legal form. We advise high net worth individuals in particular in the areas of tax issues and succession / legacy. Audit, transactions, corporate structuring and financing complete our range of services.

    Since 2000, the office has had a particular specialisation in advising on Franco-German business transactions.

    In addition to attorneys, avocats a la Cour and tax consultants, auditors and notaries complement the consulting team.
