We are one of the only French business law firms present in Dubai.

In 2016, we opened an office in Dubai to help our clients in the Emirates, as well as regional and international clients in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf areas, on all legal aspects of their businesses.

Two partners present on the local scene for a number of years coordinate a multidisciplinary team working in English, French and Arabic. The team has sector-specific experience in financial services, insurance, property, construction, family groups and private clients, new technologies, and trade and distribution.

The team is highly esteemed for its in-depth knowledge of the law of the Emirates and of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the legal systems in the Gulf countries and of English, French and Lebanese law.

The team mainly works in the legal fields of investments, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions and company law, the structuring of projects, litigation and arbitration (international and local) and in labour law.
