In 2018, LPA Law opened an office in Singapore. This new office is strategically positioned to advise clients in Singapore and those conducting business throughout the region, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and elsewhere in South East Asia.

The Singapore Office focuses its intervention in international transactions, M&A and private equity, restructuring, financings, and dispute resolution with strong expertise in the following sectors: technology, financial services, energy, commodities and natural resources. The Singapore team includes 2 partners and 1 of counsel, qualified in France and England and Wales who have a longstanding experience of South East Asia and an excellent network.
